Delivery

We offer standard delivery times of 2-3 working days, although larger and heavier items may take a little longer. We despatch all orders the same day if received before 2pm. All orders are sent on a fully tracked service

For UK Non-Mainland – Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight please allow a few days extra for delivery

Depending on the order weight and value we charge from £2.50 for delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom. This is to simply cover our postage and packaging charges as our margins are already very low.

We offer full tracked and signed service to over 160 countries worldwide from as low as £4.50 depending on the item weight and Country

Returns

We offer a 30 day hassle free returns policy. If for any reason you wish to return an item please email us through the form on the contact us page or to info@totalsalonsupplies.com

Unless the product is proven to be faulty we cannot accept the return of the following products if they have already been used:

• disposable items
• clippers, trimmers
• razors, blades and scissors
• Piercing tools
• Hair brushes, extensions & accessories

Your order number needs to be written on the paperwork you send back with the goods so that we can process your return efficiently. We recommend you use a form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as Total Salon Supplies cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods being returned.
